The Children’s Earth Foundation is an environmental education non-for profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in our urban and rural areas. We are beginning with the inner city where conditions are at the worst. We have committed ourselves to restoring these decaying areas, removing all environmentally unfriendly conditions and teaching children and adults how to care for and improve your own community starting right at home.

FOOD AND PRODUCE
Today, there is approximately 32,000 vacant lots I n Chicago alone. These same areas where the majority of these spaces exist are called food deserts. CEF is dedicated too transforming these areas into an Oasis of edible, beautiful, safe, and sustainable communities of earth stewards .

CEF in partnership with City Kids Camp is sharing an experience of a lifetime, week long summer camp. Our summer camp is a great way for youth and adults alike to connect with nature, make new friends, and building confidence are just some of the benefits to name few.

Our Homeless population encounter many environmental hazards from sanitation, air pollution, water contamination and severe weather just to name a few. CEF, is partnering with other local organizations to address homelessness, clean up our homeless encampments, and provide services much needed
